Processing of Carapa guianensis seeds to obtain oil on an industrial scale generates a significant amount of by-product, approximately 66% w/w, which is called cake and is a potential source of biomolecules, including simple phenolic structures. For this reason, studies were carried out on the chemical profiles of hydrolyzed extract from this agro-industrial by-product through High Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) and Gas Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry (GC–MS). These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product. The sample antioxidant capacity was determined by methods of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS+) radicals direct sequestration. The hydrolyzed fraction showed a total of 63.47% in the relative abundance of the total of compounds, standing out: p-hydroxybenzoic acid (39.19%) and protocatechuic acid (3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid) (5.62%), both from hydroxybenzoic acids and 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)lactic acid, (7.76%) hydroxycinnamic acids derivatives. In these results, the fraction rich in simple phenolic acids was obtained, attributing the prominent behavior of this matrix antioxidant activity, expressed by (IC50: of 16.42 µg/mL and 6.52 µg/mL for DPPH and ABTS+ radicals, respectively). The research demonstrated an alternative to applicability that involves sustainability from agro-industrial. These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product, generating a process capable of converting biomass into a bioproduct, consisting of bioactive compounds, in addition to adding value to the industrial chain.  相似文献

本文合成了配合物[Cu(pcba)2·(phen)(H2O)] (pcba =对氯苯甲酸,phen = 1,10-邻菲罗啉),该配合物属于三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数为a=0.790 98(2) nm,b=1.072 40(4) nm,c=1.487 19(6) nm,α=100.613(3)°,β=95.239(3)°,γ=108.334(3)°,Z=2,Dc=1.638 g·cm-3,F(000)=582,最终结构残差因子R1=0.035 9,wR2=0.089 1。采用紫外及荧光研究了配合物和人血清蛋白(HSA)的相互作用方式。结果表明,配合物静态猝灭HSA荧光,可求得配合物与HSA的猝灭常数Ksv=2.35×105 L·mol-1,猝灭速率常数Kq=2.35×1013 L·mol-1·s-1,结合常数为Ka=2.14×1013 L·mol-1,结合位点n=2.37。同时,研究了配合物对胃癌细胞A549、宫颈癌细胞Hela和肝癌细胞HepG2的抗增殖能力。  相似文献

Acidic catecholamine metabolites, which could serve as diagnostic markers for many diseases, demonstrate an importance of accurate sensing. However, they share a highly similar chemical structure, which is a challenge in the design of sensing strategies. A nanopore may be engineered to sense these metabolites in a single molecule manner. To achieve this, a recently developed programmable nano-reactor for stochastic sensing (PNRSS) technique adapted with a phenylboronic acid (PBA) adaptor was applied. Three acidic catecholamine metabolites, including 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), 3,4-dihydroxymandelic acid (DHMA) and 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymandetic acid (VMA) were investigated by PNRSS. Specifically, DHMA, which contains an α-hydroxycarboxylate moiety and an adjacent cis-hydroxyl groups on its benzene ring, reports two binding modes simultaneously resolvable by PNRSS. Assisted with the high resolution of PNRSS, direct regulation of these two binding modes by pH can also be observed. A custom machine learning algorithm was also developed to achieve automatic event classification.  相似文献

Novel highly soluble palladium-based complexes with ferrocenecarboxylic acid of general formula [Pd(lut)2(FcCOO)2] (lut is 2,6-or 3,4-lutidines) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Since the global peptide drug market demand has been predicted to increase, highly efficient and inexpensive mass scale peptides are required. However, the production process raises questions about the cost of energy input, scale-up production, raw materials, and solvents treatment. This paper introduces 2 methods for the 2–4 mer oligopeptides bond formation for batch reaction utilizing 50–100 mol% of a mild Brønsted acid under the mild condition. One of the methods has been capably adapted to flow synthesis at room temperature using organic solvents with boiling points below 100 °C. The method applies the tert-butoxycarbonyl amino methoxy group, forming the desired dipeptide without solvent at mild temperatures. Furthermore, the conversion of the carboxylic acid leaving the group to phenyl ester promotes peptide bond formation, and the reaction were applied to di, tri, and tetrapeptide bond formation in excellent yield without notable racemization at ambient temperature (up to >99 % yield and 99 : 1 dr). Finally, this study proposes this new production method to overcome the limited scale-up production by reaction device scale: liquid phase biomimetic catalytic peptide flow synthesis utilizing a mild Brønsted acid.  相似文献

An efficient, metal-free, catalyst-free and solvent-free methodology for the reductive amination of levulinic acid with different anilines has been developed using HBpin as the reducing reagent. This protocol offers an excellent method to avoid solvents and added catalysts on the synthesis of different kinds of N-substituted pyrrolidones under metal free conditions. It is also the first report for the synthesis of different pyrrolidones by solvent-free as well as catalyst-free methods. The proposed mechanism for the formation of pyrrolidone has been supported by DFT calculations and control experiments.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoresis-acid barrage stacking online enrichment method has been established to detect the four isoflavones which are Daidzein, Genistein, Formononetin, and Biochanin A. The proposed method was optimized using a single factor alternative method, and the optimal conditions obtained from the optimization were: the BGE was 25 mM borax and 2 mM β-cyclodextrin, the applied separation voltage was 20 kV, and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. The time ratio of the injection of sample and the injection of acid was 150 s:20 s, and the acid used was 250 mM acetic acid. The sample solvent used was 60% v/v acetonitrile. The established method had the enrichment factor of these four isoflavones at 24.5, 32.0, 29.2, and 33.7, respectively, LOD and LOQ are as low as nanograms per milliliter. Finally, the CE-acid barrage stacking method was successfully applied to the determination of four isoflavones in rat plasma and red clover extract, verifying the applicability and feasibility of the method.  相似文献

In this study, renewable, non-toxic, sulphur free bio-lubricants are synthesized as alternative for fossil fuels. We utilized a bio-derived 10-undecylenic acid (UDA) and pentaerythritol (PE) as raw materials to synthesize bio-lubricants by two-step chemical processes like esterification and followed by epoxidation reactions. And achieved a UDA-PE epoxide yielded 73.4%. The formation of UDA-PE ester and UDA-PE epoxide was confirmed by spectral analysis such as NMR (1H and 13C), FTIR and mass spectra, Physico-chemical and basic lubricant properties by standard American Society for Testing and Materials methods (ASTM). The results showed that the products of UDA-PE ester and UDA-PE epoxide had high viscosity index (262 and 200), good pour points (−29 °C to −15 °C), high flash points (296 °C and 301 °C) respectively and these met the ISO VG (International Organization for Standardization-Viscosity grade) 22 and 220 standard values. In general, both synthesized products are plausible to be employed as bio-lubricant in industrial application.  相似文献

构建了一种基于框架核酸的高通量生物检测芯片.利用超微量移液自动化平台,将包含框架核酸探针的液滴按照预设命令固定至生物芯片微阵列上,在探针捕获核酸靶标后利用集成的基因芯片扫描仪对芯片进行成像,通过分析荧光强度定量化分析靶标浓度.结果表明,此框架核酸芯片能够实现框架核酸探针的高通量制备, 24 h即可制备具有15万个点的微阵列,且点间距离的相对偏差W≤10%、荧光强度的变异系数CV=3.30%,具有较高的稳定性,远高于国家标准.此外,该芯片具备高灵敏度、可寻址的高通量生物分析能力,对核酸靶标的检测限可达100 pmol/L.随着多种探针技术的发展,生物检测微阵列技术在高通量生物分析领域展示出巨大的潜力.  相似文献

利用化学沉淀法和溶胶凝胶法,通过两步法成功制备出含有尖晶石钴铁氧体和氧化铜的复合催化剂CoFe2O4/CuO,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对制备出的CoFe2O4/CuO进行表征,探究不同高级氧化体系对磺胺甲恶唑(SMX)去除能力,考察过氧乙酸(PAA)浓度、催化剂投加量、水体中常见干扰物质(Cl-,HCO-3,SO42-,HA)和不同自由基捕获剂对SMX去除的影响。分析结果表明CoFe2O4/CuO同时具有CoFe2O4与CuO的特征,对比单独CoFe2O4与CuO,CoFe2O4/CuO对PAA展现出极高的活化性能,在最佳反应条件下(催化剂投加量=20mg·L-1,c(PAA)=200μ...  相似文献
